• Profile photos must be genuine, recent, and appropriate

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious activity

3.3 Profile Verification

We may request additional documentation to verify your identity, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License)
• Educational certificates
• Employment verification
• Income proof (for premium memberships)

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

4.1 Acceptable Use

• Treat all members with respect and dignity

• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

5. Membership Plans and Payments

5.1 Membership Types

We offer various membership plans including Free, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Each plan has different features and limitations as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members

5.3 Auto-Renewal

• Some memberships may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5.4 Refund Policy

• Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of membership periods

• Your account shows suspicious activity

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
